If you don't own a serger, you can use a small zig-zag stitch in place of the serged seam.
Unit:
- Knit fabric, we suggest a medium weight jersey or interlock.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.75 yards for sizes Preemie to 6-9M, 1 yard for sizes 9-12M to 3-4T, 1.25 yards for sizes 4-5T and 5-6T. - Knit fabric for cuffs, we like using the same as the main fabric as long as it has stretch. You can also use a rib knit.
AMOUNT NEEDED- 0.25 yards for all sizes. - If using ties: four pieces 6 long (24 total)
- If using snaps: 4 sets size 14 recommended
